Cathy Huang

Cathy Huang has over 20 years of solid international business experience in manufacturing, import and export, logistics, shipping, distribution, and supply chain management. She has strong background in both engineering and business. Before she came to the US in 2002, Cathy had had 15 years operating and managing product export from China to the US.

When she was in China, Cathy worked for NewLink Industrial Trade Company Ltd. She conducted products development, production, logistics, compliance, distribution and supply chain management. Before she entered into business, Cathy was an instructor teaching material engineering, machining and casting in Kunming Engineering & Technology.

Cathy Huang has a master degree in mechanical engineering from Shanghai University; a bachelor degree in material engineering from Yunnan Institute of Technoloy (1986). She was a Licensed International Trade Specialist certified by the Ministry of Foreign Trade & Economic Cooperation of China (1995).


Tim Lippert

Mr. Lippert is a dedicated Sinophile with a long held interest in forging deeper relationships between China and the US. He is well versed with business culture and practice. Mr. Lippert has great connections in China in commercial and academic communities.

Mr. Lippert is a graduate of the University of St. Thomas and a veteran of the 82nd Airborne Division. He has worked for two decades in the field of Investment Banking. In addition he serves on the executive council of the St Paul Branch of the NAACP and volunteers with several Irish Cultural organizations. Mr. Lippert has recently served as a guest lecturer at the University of International Business and Economics in Beijing. Well-versed in both Chinese culture and history, Mr. Lippert has developed deep personal relationships with key academic and business leaders in a number of major Chinese cities and as an avocation actively pursues placement of American college students at major Chinese Universities.

Mr. Lippert received 2005 Global Citizenship Award from the University of St Thomas for his great efforts in helping international students and visiting scholars in their studying, living in the U.S. and learning of American cultures.


Charlie Zhang

Dr. Charlie Zhang has over 10 years of experience in engineering sourcing and supply chain management, specialized in electrical and electronic products. He holds an Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering and also has a Master degree in Materials Engineering. His unique knowledge set extremely helped our client for engineering solutions.

Dr. Zhang has extensive knowledge of the electrical and electronic industry domestic and oversea and builds up a few complete supply chain solutions for our clients. He holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Louisiana State University and also has a Master degree in Materials Engineering from University of Southern California, Los Angeles. His real world engineering background includes working in a few electronic giant companies as electrical engineer such as Micron Technology and Agere Systems.

His professional experience in the electronic manufacturing industry includes: create and implement a global supply chain strategy in support of the global customers that is synchronized with company internal global procurement strategies; maximize manufacturing and distribution efficiency for multiple China electronic plants and product lines; implement programs to maintain the lowest possible total system inventory exposure to reduce risk; implement programs for cost reduction and lead-time reduction within the supply chain. Measure and report on project status internally, and to the customer; develop and implement programs to maximize schedule flexibility, while minimizing inventory exposure and maintaining performance to cost targets.

Dr. Zhang is also responsible for supply chain planning such as provide forward price projections; maintain compliance with corporate, and facility policies and procedures; forecast production and shipment over one million unit per month. He initialized and developed critical quality control methods for internal division and external customers. His previous experience also includes worked on site in Chinese plant as client representative and quality assurance expert. During his work in Suzhou, China, he improved production process and implement ISO standard quality control in supplier's production lines for customers. He demonstrated a superior leadership in quality control of our oversea contract factories.

Dr. Zhang is an expert in electronic design, processing, manufacture and testing. He designed hard disk drive related chips and memory chips with complex digital, analog signal processing function. His product and design engaged advanced 60 nano-meter CMOS, BiCMOS technology. As member of IEEE, he published over 60 papers and holds a few U.S. patents. He won a distinguished IEEE award in 2002. He is invited by multiple companies as technology consultant in the electronic design, fabrication and supply chain management field. He is also technique reviewer for IEEE magazines. He was invited to have a presentation in Louisiana Capitol Hill for technology innovation and roadmap and meet Louisiana Governor as a special guest in Governor's mansion in 2002. His outstanding technique ability helps our clients in a very professional way to define product spec, quality control, on-site test procedure and engineering communications.


Kate Wang

Mrs. Kate Wang has over 10 year extensive experience in international trade. She worked for Kunming Import & Export Co. to do the international trade business. She had Master degree in Economics from U.S. and B.S. degree in International Trade from China.

She managed the electric product export to U.S., Japan and other major countries. Her major task consists of organizing each product launch and monitoring it until product sale. She initialized and monitored closely of the product quality in production base in Yunnan Province. She also ensures regulatory compliance and documentation and is very familiar with implementation and maintenance of procedures pertaining to the compliance of China and US Customs regulations. Mrs. Wang consulted, managed and implemented supply chain to help Chinese local business export products to U.S. Her strength, knowledge and experience in internal trade will help our client to establish a smooth supply chain from local Chinese supplier to U.S. customers.

In the US, Kate she serves a manager position in a U.S. logistic company in charge of global supply chain management. She has a few year's management experience leading a global supply chain organization supplying to a big box retailer such was Wal-Mart, Target, Home Depot, Best Buy, etc. She demonstrated high quality results in Inventory Management and Control with experience in demand planning, forecasting, Sales and Operations Planning and Logistics.
